Logo and Layout Design
Whilst not a medium I pursue in my hobbies often, design proved to be a substantial part of my studies and projects. It is a skill that I would like to develop further in the future, but generally require assigned projects to do so.
Logo Designs

01
Online Portfolio Logo
With the creation of the online portfolio you are currently on, I decided I needed my own unofficial logo, mostly to display as a signature at the end of my portfolio reel.

The logo was kept simple, because its main function was to incorporate the molding effect demonstrated in this animation. Each segment of the logo had its own mask tracked to its shape, which allows it to effect the shape of the segments around it, no matter the background.
02
Shadowpeanut Updated Logo
Shadowpeanut was an old project I had back in high school which involved its own logo. The original design was made in 2013. I decided to redesign a more appealing version of the logo a whole 10 years later, because my skills as a digital artist have developed greatly since.
I have kept the feeling and palette very similar, but made everything line up better, and removed any sign of typography.

Zoo Logo Competition Entry
I took part in a logo design competition hosted by the National Zoo and Aquarium. The brief was to design a logo celebrating their 25th anniversary, including the original zoo logo and incorporating silver in some capacity. I was one of the runner-ups, and badges of my design were made for staff to wear.

EGD Site Analysis Document
A project brief I recieved involved overhauling the wayfinding signage within the on-campus library at the University of Canberra. Provided with the brand guidelines from the beginning, I determined the faults in the current signage and developed new designs, as well as deciding where they'd be situated and justifying why.

The images on the right are part of my project brief presentation, and demonstrate one such signage design, as well as the details, features, and necessity of it.

05
Interactive EGD Proposal
Similarly to the above project, I was tasked with proposing a new interactive Experiential Graphic Design system for the Belconnen Zone Bowling/Timezone venue. This involved analysing the site's wayfinding signage, brand guidelines, map circulation, and target audience.

My proposal involved a new kiosk design, as the current kiosks would often go unused or even unnoticed. The images on the left are once again part of my project brief presentation.

Game Poster Adverstisement
I had the opportunity to produce several small games during my studies. 2 of these projects involved creating a poster to advertise the game.

You can learn more about these games, including how to find and play the second one, by following this link, or selecting the 'PROGRAMMING/CODING' option on the home page.
